If you are a "Snowbird" or if you plan on leaving town this summer (even for a week), don't turn your A/C entirely off!
With our extreme temperatures, a closed-up home without A/C running can reach 120f or more - which will wreck havoc on your wood furniture, cabinets, flooring, you name it! Cracks, splits, warping, etc all can occur!
