susan g komen race for the cure One of the boys on Nathan's baseball team has a mother with breast cancer, currently in treatment and remission.  She is going to walk in the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" and had a VERY creative idea for fund-raising!

The picnic was started to give Canadians that winter here or have relocated an opportunity to get together for a social event and participate in activities they miss from home - curling, hockey, calf-roping, snow-boot racing and more!
